Books

I've always loved books.

My earliest memories involve a rickety old bookcase full of books in my childhood bedroom which I shared with two brothers, one older and one younger. I had little in common with my siblings and often turned to books for escape and adventure.

Sitting in front of my wooden bookcase I'd pick out a tattered, well read book, I'd crack it open and in an instant, be transported elsewhere. Meeting up with my friends within the pages we'd get lost in a shared adventure of one description or another and I'd be entranced for hours.

It was a place where I could encounter myth and magic and faraway lands. The likes of Christopher Robin and Pooh, Snoopy and Woodstock, Tarzan and Jane, Tom Sawyer and Huckleberry Finn, Robin Hood and Friar Tuck, Peter Pan and Captain Hook, and the boy detective who shared my surname, Encyclopedia Brown and his bodyguard Sally Kimball became my friends and shared my journeys.

I loved books! I always thought I'd become a writer and publisher of books and I have.

You can find some of my publications and books from a couple different publishers:
